I am having the same issue, will sync every so often....not getting notifications but every so often!

I have the same problem. None of the suggested solutions work on my phone or computer.

I turned wifi off and then back in Settings on my windows 10 computer.
I turned the phone off and then back on. Uninstalled Fitbit on phone. Reinstalled Fitbit. Unpaired the Blaze on phone. From settings, re-paired the Blaze. Then went to Dashboard. Synch worked. Now Blaze is being read on both computer and Android phone!!!
Last time I tried this, I had a weak cellular connection so a stronger connection may be the trick. Good luck everyone with your Blaze.
