I traded my second faulty Surge for a Blaze yesterday and will return it today for several reasons:
1.) I think the charger is the worst design I have ever seen. It's counterintuitive and is difficult to place back into the strap.
2.) The strap hurts my wrist
3.) The device is very slow and unresponsive.
4.) Considering the fact that Fitbit still has an inferior App with a limited database. You can't even scan barcodes if you live outside the US even though the App has the facility.
5.) I had two Surges that didn't last a year and have decided that this Blaze is the straw that broke the camel's back.
Fitbit is an inferior fitness brand and I believe it's time for something better.
