I'll fix the Blaze constant vibration issue!

iOS 13 was officially released on September 19, 2019. That means that  fitbit has had 3 months to fix the issue, but i haven't heard anything more other than they are aware of the issue. According to @RicardoFitbit  fitbit has a specialized teams ( more than 1) that are working on this device.  https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/I-d-like-to-develop-new-clock-faces/m-p/3964651#M124324.

I don't know about anyone one else, but i just want my blaze to stop vibrating when i'm on a phone call.  So i stepped up and offered to fix the issue. I don't think i was clear on the issue when i brought it up because now it's reflected as me wanting to develop new clock faces.  My main concern was the vibrating issue, but at the time i offered to add some new clock faces since the community wanted them.

So there are two different issues and threads reflecting them.  One regarding the new clock faces i'd like to add and this one regarding the issue i would like to step in and fix.

Hi @thenameless1    I think offering to help is nice, but the feedback you offer is what the company might be more interested in having. That's another reason why the forums are here, for people to offer their feedback. They already have teams of specialists employed by Fitbit to do the fixing.

@Odyssey13 The fitbit blaze is kind of like the forgotten fitbit. It was fitbits first smartwatch and currently the only one that isn't running Fitbit OS.

The Blaze also hasn't received a firmware update since the Fitbit ionic was released.  I believe the last firmware update for the blaze was around September 2017, which put's it a little over 2 years ago.

This Blaze vibration issue has been going on for 3 months!  No word about it other than fitbit is working on a fix.  Are they close to one after 3 months?

Which is why I'm offering to step in and fix the issue.

I'm not asking to be paid or for any form of compensation. I'd be happy just having my Blaze working the way it was intended to by, the manufacturer, Fitbit!
