I need the text messaging feature on my android to be fixed. It hasnt worked in 2 months, and I have missed so many calls and texts due to this. It is a feature every brand has, and now fitbit's doesnt work. It needs to be fixed soon or I will have to leave fitbit for the Galaxy smart watch

Hi,
I have the Blaze Fitbit watch, and my phone is an LG V40. I get calls and
texts just fine on my phone, but have not gotten any text notifications in
2 months on my Blaze. Also, the phone number and caller ID no long show up
on the Blaze when it notifies me of a phone call. It just says "unknown
caller". Lastly, I habe spoken tobcustomer service a few times and have
emailed them numerous times. The only answer I get is "we are working on
it". After 2 months, that message gets really old.
