Fitbit, It seems like there are a lot of users experiencing issues with their Blaze, but there are little to no updates on whether or not we can expect a fix. It's also debatable whether or not the Blaze is still a supported tracker. I'm still waiting to hear back from @JuanFitbit regarding the issue. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/Refunds/m-p/3927446#M123977
Anyway, I'd like to toss my name in the hat and step up to fix the problems that the Fitbit Blaze owners are experiencing!
1.I have both ios and android devices and can troubleshoot issues on both platforms
2. I'm a fitbit Blaze owner.
3. I have developer accounts for both platforms.
4. i have experience developing apps
5. As I would have no way of distributing the updates to other users. I would be submitting to you, Fitbit, all the changes for your approval.

Hello @thenameless1, welcome to the Community Forums again.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and experience with your Fitbit device. I'd like to let you know that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, the feedback that's shared here in the Community Forums is always appreciated and really helpful for us to evaluate our procedures and make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.
Your willingness to help is appreciated. Let me share with you that here at Fitbit we have specialized teams that work with this specific device. Even though this specific model was discontinued, we still provide support to our Blaze users. My best advice for you is to keep your mobile device and Fitbit app up to date.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

@RicardoFitbit I'm not really sure what happened to this post. The title doesn't reflect what i was asking at all.
I still have some questions, but i guess i'll just open a new thread that accurately explains them.
In the mean time when can we expect this specialized team to provide additional watch faces?

Hi @thenameless1 if you post the same thing or close to it in another post, more than likely, it will be merged back to this thread, as cross posting is discouraged. Why not explain in this thread where you already have the attention of Fitbit Moderator @RicardoFitbit

@Odyssey13 I don't quite understand the concept of cross posting. I've asked several moderators and provided several examples in pm's trying figure out what it is and i haven't gotten a response. Maybe we could use this as an example and figure out where i'm going wrong.
1. I posted another thread because the title of this one didn't accurately reflect what i was asking. It was changed twice by the moderator. Not complaining, but maybe i just didn't get the point across if that's how it was interpreted.
2. There was a response chosen as a best answer so i would think that @RicardoFitbit would not be paying attention to this thread as they typically shy away when threads show answered
3. #2 is an observation i made over several days watching the forum.
4. The 2 requests were 2 separate requests with 2 separate issues Ricardo set the one request for clock faces and the other is to fix the blaze vibration issue.
Now at the time of writing i already posted the other post and you might be able to see it. Is it actually cross posting because i think it's 2 separate things?

I marked the answer as the best one @thenameless1 , as it did seem to answer your question about wanting to help with the problem.
As for you other post, I saw it, but didn't want to make the determination that it was the same issue. You've been around the forums long enough to see people post the same thing in several new posts, which quickly become threads with many people replying. At that point, it becomes more difficult to keep track of all the answers, so having one thread makes it much easier to see all the relevant responses in one place. It seems to keep it easier for everyone.

@Odyssey13 I understand completely what you are saying which was why i posted it Initially with the title "Fitbit. I'll fix the blaze and add new watch faces!". This covered me on both front's in that i was offering to fix the issues with the blaze as well as add some new watch faces. This was based off of observations i made of the blaze forum. So i combined two issues into one fix and the fix was addressed in the title.
The title was then changed by the moderator to say "I'd like to develop new clock faces" This didn't accurately describe the post and didn't bring attention to fixing the issue currently plaguing the device.
So I posted a reply and then the moderator changed the title again to what it currently says "I'd like to develop new clock faces and Blaze Features" It's still not an accurate reflection what the post was about. All i wanted to do was fix the current issues with the blaze and add a clock face for the community.
I think the timestamps will show as i was creating the other post the moderator was changing the title again, but that wouldn't necessarily mean that i was cross posting. I think the real issue at hand was that i wasn't able to clearly identify the issue and it was misunderstood for clock faces.
Please keep in mind i didn't complain about the title change nor am i complaining now i just worked around it. So in the 2nd post I provided a specific issue with the blaze that i would like to fix. At this point the original post was turned into something for clock faces. New clock faces and the vibration issue are 2 completely separate issues. The only common factor was that i offered to address both of them.
I'm thinking maybe it would be better if i put one thought into a thread? Just looking for some feedback because i don't understand the logic when posts are being flagged for cross posting.
Maybe @RicardoFitbit could provide some insight in regards to the initial title change to "I'd like to develop new clock faces." I think that is where i went wrong initially because if that is what he took from my post then it's clear i didn't do a great job in explaining it, which is why there is a separate specific issue in another post. Hopefully worded in a way focusing on the blaze issue not the faces.
I'm trying to do better this time around, but i don't quite understand what i'm doing wrong.
