Hi there,
My partner gifted me a Blaze for Christmas and I've been loving it thus far. However, today I encountered an issue that really bothers me.
My partner and I went for a run in The Park over a 37 min. Fitbit showed a run of over 8km, although I had the GPS tracker on. My partner, tracking the run just with his phone in his pocket, showed it to be 5.4km, which after double checking with Google (and with my running ability) showed to be the accurate distance.
The difference of 3km is quite large and there is no way for me to adjust it; I would appreciate any help on why it was so inaccurate and if there is a way to fix this.

After your run @SunsetRunner do you see a map in Fitbit?
My tonight is Fitbit believes your stride is longer than it really is. And should be reduced by 0.675

Hi and thank you for your quick reply.
Yes there is a map and the map is accurate in terms of visited places, however inaccurate in terms of distance.
Would you suggest I manually reduce my stride? I thought the distance is calculated via GPS?
