New to Fitbit. Set up my tracker with my Tablet. No problems, spent a happy week enjoying readouts etc. Today tried adding my android phone. Now tablet won't sync and update. So annoying. Been on help page. Followed all instructions including connection - won't connect. Won't allow me to disconnect and reconnect. Won't allow me to add a device. Won't sync. Tried moving away from all Bluetooth stuff. Tired turning everything off and on again.
Run out of options and IT skills - please help

Best AnswerTip - uninstalled app from phone. Then removed access for phone from applications on laptop.

Best AnswerYour tracker like any other normal Bluetooth device is only able to communicate with one device at a time.
You may have to turn Bluetooth off on the phone to sync through the tablet, but I'd a sync through the tablet really necessary if the phone recently synced? No
All a sync does is send the tracker a data to the Fitbit server where the Fitbit app gets its info.
Once the days is on the server, every app will have accesd
