I was upgraded from an HR to a Blaze for Xmas. I have severe insomnia the HR picked up on that beautifully. It reads me as sleeping when I’m awake. I’ve reset it and switched my settings around and nothing. Last. Igbo it said I slept 5 hours and I was up all night. I’m really disappointed in the blaze. I may sell it and go back to the HR

A warm welcome to the Community @AsdMom.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Although the Fitbit trackers that auto detect sleep are designed to know when the device is off your wrist, occasionally they may record a sleep log when you aren't actually asleep. A restart can solve this issue, also keep in mind that you can delete this sleep log by doing the following:
Also, can you please share with me what you do at the moment of being awake?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

I’ve done all those things. I’m a severe insomniac. So my activities vary. Sometimes I lay there hoping for sleep, watch tv, go to the bathroom. My HR had no problem tracking those movements. The Blaze shows me being awake then immediate in REM or Deep sleep and I’m awake.

I just got my blaze for Christmas and the first few days/nights it read my heart rate and sleep well. The past few days it has not recorded my sleep and is not picking up my heart rate at all. Everything else is working great. What am I doing wrong?
