Incorrect HR while exercising

Hi there, does anyone noticed incorrect HR while exercising? For example if I'm walking on my rebounder my heart rate is 132 but if I'm walking outside the heart rate is just around 10-115 but I feel I'm working harder than while I'm on rebounder? As well I noticed my HR seems to be dropping off while walking/running?

It's possible that you sweat a little more when exercising harder and that messes up the tracker. Try moving the band to a different spot on your wrist and wiping the monitor off between sessions. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Moving the band should help; however, I have found my device to be inconsistent. I've tested it three times against a chest strap, and I have had three different degrees of errors. Sometimes it works well and sometimes it doesn't (same exercises but for different periods of time). I know that doesn't help much, but I am just letting you know what I've experienced so far. If you feel that you are working harder, you more than likely are and the device is probably off.
