when blaze is in shutdown mode and power back up, it has wrong time and info.

Yes, it will. You need to sync it after a shutdown to get the time reset.

As mentioned here by our friend, since you can't sync your tracker at the moment of being off, when you turn it on it will show the incorrect time. That's why you need to sync it at the moment of turning on and it will be corrected.
