Incorrect tracking of steps

I  recently bought two blazers and to charge 2  for the family, our steps are being counted and calculated correctly we are running competitions between one another but within the last week none of our steps are accurate off by at least 60k to 70k.  All firmware updates have been looking on all four of the devices, called helpdesk didn't really get a straight answer receive the email a day later suggesting that if I want to accurate information to go back to pen and pencil in track my steps in miles.  My feelings are I just spent close to $700 on devices specifically designed to do this. Is anyone else having issues with their step count in their overall amounts this supposed to show inside of your app.

  Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @Dtech07. If you are seeing that your trackers are not being accurate, I recommend taking a look at your stride length information, you can take a look at this post to find instructions on how to adjust it.

Thank you responding again but the three of us we challenging on another on a daily and weekly total so all we're sinking constantly throughout the day.
We found that the issue started after the last update so I have returned all the fitbits and moves to Apple products which at the moment is more stable after updates.
Thank you for your time and help and please take care.
