Incorrect trophies earned

Hi, I’ve recently received notifications that I’ve beaten my personal bests for Weekend Warrior & Workweek Hustle, when I haven’t (and the new totals are way below my previous bests).

 

Is there a way for this to be corrected?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important is to have the correct information in your account, let's work on this together. Currently there isn't an option to remove trophies from your account, but to further investigate go to this link, log in to your Fitbit account, take a screenshot of the incorrect trophies displayed and attach it in your reply. Just take in mind that each challenge has their own personal best, meaning that you'll earn a "Personal Best trophy if you've beaten your the previous personal best for that specific challenge.
