Incorrect weekly progress message

Every week Fitbit sends a mail regarding the last week's statistics. Most of the data is probably correct, but not everything.

The report states the number of  total steps  and below shows whether it is more or less than the week before, with the delta number. regardless what the actual delta is, the message says 10,281 steps fewer or more than the week before. Always 10,281.

For instance 12/26/17 total steps is 28,984 - 10,281 more than the week before

A week later, 01/02/18 total steps is 63,100 - 10,281 more than the week before, should be 63,100-28,984

Just now, 01/09/18 total steps is 22,646 - 10,281 fewer then week before, should be 63,100-22,646

 

This is a bug on the server side, so no update is needed to be pushed to each device. Therefore I expect Fitbit to fix this issue ASAP.

my weekly progress report that comes in my email, shows the incorrect steps taken for week.  It's much lower than I did

Hi There,

so it is almost 3 years since your response and my Charge 4 does the same thing, the report is in no way accurate according to my dashboard. 
Is there a fix for this or any of the other myriad of issues coming anytime soon?
