Interesting find with phone call symbols

Hi all,

I've read on here that the call symbols (to answer or decline) are not available on Android devices, but only supported on iOS. However, I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and I was able to anwer or reject phone calls since I received my Blaze earlier this month. Now, the feature has stopped and all I see is the typical green symbol at the right lower corner that everyone keeps talking about.

Has anyone had the same experience? Or know how to potentially get this feature back?

I've tried disconnecting bluetooth, turning off notifications then reconnecting and enabling notifications etc. with no luck.

Hi @FeTee. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

As you stated, this feature is only available for iOS users as seen in the Blaze Product Manual on page 22. It's strange that you were able to get this option if you have an android device but I would say this was a glitch and I'm not really sure you will be able to get it back. Hopefully this option comes in the near future for other platform users but in the meantime, I can not share any troubleshooting steps that could bring it back since it's not supported on Android devices.

Any other question you may have, let me know and I'll be glad to help!
