I had a Fitbit Charge 2 but now I changed to the Blaze. The thing is I used the Interval Training on the previous model, but the Blaze doesn't have that Exercise. I there any chance that you include that option on thr Fitbit Blaze on a next update? 

I find HIIT to be a very useful tool and this model is not working out for me.

Welcome to the Community @lsang! It's great to hear that you're using a Fitbit Blaze and that you previously used a Charge 2. The interval training would be a great feature in Blaze, you may want to vote for this idea Interval Training. Those are viewed by our engineers and developers and based on them, they implement new characteristics in the trackers. 

 

Currently, the alternative solution would be to use the "workout" exercise in your Blaze. This will give you a summary of the calories burned during this time.
