When I first bought my Fitbit I loved it because it told me how many calories I ate vs. how many I burned and I loved it.  Then I clicked on something by mistake and it doesn't tell me that anymore.  Now it tells me how far I am over or under a 250 cal deficit and I'm sick of having to do the math to see it the old way.  How do I remove the 250 cal deficit so it just shows how much over or under I am from my actual calorie burn?

To get a tile back click the rubiks cube looking icon on your pc dashboard:

Untitled.jpeg

click the calories tile and it should show up again.

On a mobile, scroll all the way to the bottom and touch "edit" (not the + sign)

select the cals in tile to show up on the fitbit home screen.

Now when you touch it more detail will pop up, giving the number of cals in, cals out and how many are left for the day.

Thanks for the reply but I want trying to get a tile back. I was trying to get rid of the part of the food plan that tells me I'm over or under my calorie budget because it thinks I have a 250 cal deficit. I solved it myself by telling it I wanted to maintain my weight instead of losing. Now it just shows my calories in and out the way I wanted it to.

That's the way to do it.

If calories in = calories out = no weight change.

Good work.

(for post readers, if you hover over the calorie tile and click the grey'd gear that pops down at the bottom left you highlight and click the blue pencil to type in the "I want to weigh" value to match the "current weight is" value)
