I am reading that the moto x pure is not compatible with fitbit tracking devices. Does anyone know if this will be changing anytime soon? I am a fan of fitbit products, but my new phone is a moto x pure edition. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks

It's great to have you here @emmatsul! Currently, Moto X Pure isn't a supported device. However, Fitbit is always adding new devices to the list but I can't confirm when this phone will be available because Fitbit will test all the features to make sure it will work properly when it's in the list.
You always have the option to sync your tracker with your computer, you just need to leave your dongle plug into it and as soon as you're near, it will automatically sync. You can learn more about it by checking How do Fitbit trackers sync their data?.
Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Thank you for that information. I have been trying to sync and update to my windows 10-, but it will not work there either. Any suggestions? It looks like it will pair, but it cannot seem to find the blaze when it is trying to update. the dongle plug is plugged into the computer.
Thanks

Thanks for those further details @emmatsul! I'm not sure if you're trying to update your tracker's firmware version or you're trying to sync it. If you're updating it, please make sure that you're following this procedure.
If your Blaze isn't syncing with your Windows 10 app , then follow these steps to get it syncing with your computer.
Keep me posted!

I bought the Blaze yesterday and struggled getting it setup with my Moto X Pure, but I finally got it setup with my Nexus 9 tablet. Unfortunately I didn't do enough research and found out my Moto X wasn't compatible. This past week the Moto X Pure started to get the Android 7.0 update, last night I found a download for the update and installed it, I am happy to report all the problems I had before the update are gone, with the exception of getting it to pair to Blaze Classic for music control. If I find anything new worth reporting I will do so. Hopefully it stays working.

A warm welcome to the Community @mhaider! I'm glad to hear that your Fitbit Blaze is working with your Moto X Pure as you now have Android 7.0.
Hope it keeps working properly with your Fitbit tracker and I can continue seeing you around.

Thank you!
My Fitbit Blaze and Moto X Pure are still playing well together except for one thing, I can't get bluetooth classis on the Blaze to pair with my Moto X. The pairing code has popped up when trying to pair but it fails and further attempts to pair fail after that. It's not a big deal with me because I don't see myself using the music controls on the Blaze, but it is nice to have everything working as it should. I'm just tickled that the rest of it works.

It's really good to hear that you're enjoying using your Blaze and Moto X Pure @mhaider! Fitbit is always trying to add new supported devices to the list. As soon as it's in the list, all the features should properly work.
Have a good weekend!
