My Fitbit restarted the day halfway through the afternoon today deleting all of my data for the day. It’s also not syncing properly to the app.

Hi, @Steph1279, assuming your timezone is correctly set (it is under settings --> advanced settings), syncing your Blaze should solve the issue of your Blaze resetting at the wrong time of day. (Although syncing will not change incorrect past data, it should help prevent it happening in future.)
When your Fitbit isn't syncing the first thing to try is a simple restart of the device. Immediately after a restart try to force a sync. In many cases this will solve the problem immediately.
If the initial restart doesn't help then please work carefully through these sync troubleshooting steps. Hopefully that will get you back going.
If you still are unable to sync then I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. They will take it from there. Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time.

This isn't a sync or a time change issue as both are correct and everything syncs fine. My data is disappearing and not accurate. For example I could be at 2277 steps and then look at a short time later and it's reporting 622 steps. My active minutes will also disappear from the watch. I rarely look at the app and rely heavily on the blaze itself. I will have to reach out to customer service.

Hi, @Steph1279, are you creating any manual activity logs? That would cause the results you are seeing as a manual log will overwrite what your tracker has detected during the same time period.
