Hi, can anyone help me please. I just bought a used fitbit blaze and I want to start over new with it. How can I erase all the owner's previous data? Cheers

All data is stored on the users account, not the tracker.

Well @OsheaUbu there is teally no problem since the setup process resets the data and settings on the tracker to match your settings.

Simply go to fitbit.com to be directed to the proper app/software.
