The start if this week my battery is draining real fast and im charging this twice a day. The green lights stopped blinking so im having to keep shutting it down, which gets annoying!! I charged it again last night put it on this morning again the green lights arnt blinking and again im having to shut it down and restarting it, it worked fine after this about an hour later my wrist felt warm so iv checked it the back light is on tracker but nothing is on the screen the green lights are solid not blinking and the app is syncing to it and showing the battery is red and running low again. Its getting really annoying now and im starting to think its a waste of a £120 Christmas gift iv only had it like just over 2 months. Anyone else having these issues??

Sounds faulty. But try these steps before contacting Support

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
