How do I verify and update am at version 8.402.1?

You can check the latest updates to the fitbit app via: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2025/

 

And you can check the latest updates to the fitbit firmware at http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372/

 

Looks like you are on the latest version of the Blaze firmware. It will prompt you if an update becomes available.

You can also, on your blaze, go to settings, version.
