Is the Blaze waterproof?

I read online that the Blaze was waterproof but recently I was swimming and it stopped working. Weird part, it was after the 3rd day and it was only a few minutes at a time.  How long is the Blaze factory warranty good for?

I don't know where you read that but the Blaze is water resistant but not water proof so you can't go swimming with it. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1598/

 

The warranty runs for 2 years in Europe, 1 year outside of Europe. However, you may have trouble getting a warranty replacement if it broke because you went swimming with it as that's not their problem. If you'd like to try you can contact them via: contact.fitbit.com
