The left side button stopped working last week. I tried gently cleaning with a toothpick and blowing with compressed air. Nothing. If I need to go back to a different screen I have to place my blaze on the charger. It’s really frustrating and annoying. I’ve had it for a year and a half and expected it to last longer. Super disappointed. After researching, this seems like a common issue. Has anyone had theirs magically start working again? Unfortunately a new tracker isn’t in the budget at the moment and of course all of the issues I’m having started after the year warranty was up.

Have you tried pressing the button while not in its frame? 

Also try a restart, or a shutdown. The shutdown can be done without pressing any buttons.

Yes, I’ve done all 3. I had to take the Blaze out of the frame to try and clean it. It has been shutdown at least 3 times and restarted to no avail.
