I have had my fitbit for a little under 2 months. I have had no issues with it, other than steps while sleeping and driving. (Which actually did not become deleted by following the guide) but I don't really need my fitbit for accurate steps. The heart rate monitor and sleep stages were working well. Post the new update, I have had not only the sleep stages issues, but now my heart rate monitor no longer functions. The green LED lights are no longer on. I have followed all the trouble making tips as well as posts on the community forum to rectify the situation. I am waiting to hear back from customer support. Is this new malfunction related to the update?
