Issues updating the tracker

I purchased a Blaze yesterday but when I was trying to sync the tracker with Android phone, it verified for updated. But the tracker went in a loop of update of software and the tracker is not switching off.

It's great to welcome you @VYDYAMS. I would like to know if you keep having problems updating your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting the Blaze and then try one more time the update procedure by following the steps provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post.
