I'm done. I have bought a Samsung watch as I have become so fed up with fitbits inability to resolve the issues that have been ongoing for almost 12 months

Nothing personal but you clearly don't understand "I'm done"

Tracker is in the bin 😞 

Actually gutted it came to this but no one at fitbit were able or prepared to address issues myself and many others had.

I have been tolerating issues for almost a year. 

You did it to yourselves
