There is a saying by Maya Angelou, "When people (in this case, products) show you who they are, believe them". This is my 3rd FitBit, for the life of me, I don't even know how I convinced myself this time would be different.
Between the bands that deteriorate, the batteries that decline to 10 hours of charge per day within 5 months and the all in all poor quality, I have been fooled over and over again. The only reason I was on board was for Weight Watchers syncing. The Blaze didnt even make it two years in the FitBit line up, now I'm stuck with their garbage.
Lesson learned.

Hi there @toya0324. Good to see you in the Fitbit Communtiy Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that your experience with your Fitbit Blaze hasn't been what you expected.
Now, I'd like you to know that when it comes to your warranty, you should be covered for a full year when it's about factory defects as a battery not lasting as it should or bands deteriorating fast. This means that if you have any problems, you can feel free to let us know and our team will be happy to get you back on track as soon as possible.
I checked with them and it seems that they already have a case for you, so they will continue to assist you. If you need further help, let me know and I'll be happy to jump in and take a look.
