Hi Fitbit community
I just bought the blaze and although its really good, the charging dock is really poor
I need to take it in out and multiple times to make it charge
I inset the blaze into the dock, push down, the charger indictor comes on, let go with my thumb, and the battery goes back to red . Which indicates its not charging
Does anyone else have this problem or is mine faulty
3 times out of 5 after releasign the blaze with my thumb and after locking down the dock lid, it looses contact somehow and stop charging
Pretty annoying

I've never tried holding the Blaze down when closing the lid.
I place the blaze in the dock then press down on the lid.. Occasionally i need to use alcohol to clean the contacts.

ok mine must be stuffed then...
Ill clean it a bit first, then try if it keeps doing it every charge where I have to take it in and out im taking it back

I am having the same problem very frustrating the battery indicator is still red showing not charging. Anyone have a solution?
