Blaze: Unable to connect oneplus two via bluetooth

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Under bluetooth devices I see both Blaze and Blaze Classic, however neither of them are getting paired via Bluetooth.

There is no prompt to enter any PIN or passkey.  However, I keep getting the message that "Couldnt pair Blaze (Classic) because of an incorrect PIN or passkey".

Any help is much appreciated. Screenshot_20160903-124839.png

Hi

Is the tracker linked to the account? It's possible to link the tracker if not already done with the fitbit app for the phone (iOS, Android or Windows), the app takes care of the bluetooth connection.

Feel free to check out the fitbit article:

Bluetooth Classic is used when wanting to control the music on the phone from the tracker,

Check out this article for more information:

Hope it helps

I have OnePlus 2 as well.  You have to use the Fitbit App to connect the Blaze to your phone.  Using the regular bluetooth pairing will not connect.

Good luck!

Thanks for your response.  I was able to pair the blaze with fitbit app.  However Bluetooth Classic is still not working.  I am not able to control music without this pairing.

Hi there @AshN. It's great to see you in the Community! 🙂

I would say that the reason why you are not able to control the music on your tracker is because the One Plus 2 which is not a compatible device (at least it's not on the list of compatible devices and even if it does sync, the other functions may not work properly).

Thanks @S15 and @SunsetRunner for helping out here!

If you have any other question, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

My OnePlus 2 will not connect to my Blaze using Blaze(Classic) mode as well.  So the incompatibility is confirmed.
