My Fitbit has not been working properly. The left button is not always working and my screen doesn't let me swipe all the time. Also it barely holds charge for 5 hours. I have reset it by holding the left button, and bottom right multiple times but continues to do the same things. I am getting very frustrated as I have only had this since Christmas. Please help!

Also- if I hold the left button and bottom right it tells me I'm all caught up on notifications and doesn't let me reset it
