It's been over a year and the same problem

So I know it has only been a year since I first looked into this, but why does the Blaze take so long to sync, or does not sync at all to an Android phone. Has anyone ever received a message or solution and better yet an explanation why this has not been looked at by Fitbit? Why does it have to be so difficult, are we meant to buy Samsung Gear?

Mine syncs just fine. Is your phone on the supported list?

Have you ever set it up on the computer. As sometimes when Im not syncing I can go to the computer and sync

You need to download connect and install it

I made the mistake of updating the app. I know I know, I shouldn't expect much from a company that hate's their clients so much, but the option to sync the Blaze has been taken off the app. Very disappointing since there was a problem with it syncing anyway. Awesome work Fitbit!!!
