Help! For the past 4 days my blaze is not automatically tracking my exercise. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting-shutdown, restart, logged in and out of account, turned Bluetooth on and off, nothing works. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there @Leezy89, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze automatically recognizing your exercises. Thanks for all you've tried so far. I'd like to help you out!
My first recommendation would be to remove your tracker from your connected Bluetooth devices. go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Then, proceed to set up your tracker as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you continue to have problems.

I have a similar problem. My fitbit Blaze in the IOS app started showing only 1 of 5 days for weekly exercise. I just updated to the latest app with the same result. Logging out and back into the app maes no difference.. When I log into fitbit.com from my iphone6 and my desktop everything looks ok. ? When I get my weekly report on my iphone 6 it shows exercise for only 1 Day. ??????

This problem just started at the end of the year with the week that ended on 2 Dec. Now my exercise will not track at all. I removed the device and then reset it up on the app and it still will not work.
