Ok, I just bought a Blaze. Cant figure out how to set it up on the PC. Do I have to remove the Charge from the settings? We cant have more than one Fitbit? And why no dongle? Is that the issue? i have been to use the app, also on my iphone, and it has said loading for about an hour now.

@athenna I'm nor sure why no dongle, except that the Charge is designed to integrate with yhe phone, and will communicate with a win10 computer through the computers Bluetooth or the charging cable.
In any case if the computer is setup to sync your charge it will be setup for the Blaze, just make sure the connect software or win10 app is up to date.
No need to renove tte Charge, just add the Blaze, the instructions wpuld depend on what OS tour running and if your using the connect or app.
My qiestion is at what step stops it fail, does the fitbit software see the Blaze? Does tge Blaze show the code the software sends?
