Left button not working

Has anyone had trouble with the left button not working?  My blaze is only 18 months old and now I cannot get through the screens

Hi

 

Depending on where the Blaze has been purchased, there can be up to two year of warranty. For example if being from Europe, and purchased the Blaze from the online store, there's a two year warranty (to date).

 

In the US there's mostly 1 year of warranty. It's up to Fitbit to decide regarding warranty..

 

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

Thanks.  I tried the support line.  After 18 months all they would do it give me 25% off my next Blaze.  Or any other FitBit, just not the new Ionic.
