Lock Screen - until then this thing is pointless

I've had the blaze for 2 months now. It's good for jogging but any actual contact, team sport it really falls down with the touch screen.

Personally I play football and do boxing. EVERY time I have used it (around 15 times now) in either of these, at the end of my session I find the activities has stopped due to accidentally touching the screen.

Funnily enough, I mentioned it to a guy at football. He mentioned that he had one and stopped using it after 2 weeks due to it being useless for the very same reason. I can only imagine the percentage of people who have bough one and ditched it for the same reasons.

All these features like sleep tracking and meditation to me are totally useless, just pure fluff (dunno why people are making such a big deal about these things). My understanding this is a fitness tracker for sporty, fit people. You would think the engineers would have focused more on this.  A simple solution is a lock screen, even cheap Chinese mp3 players have this. This has to be added or else I can only conclude this is a totally pointless gadget that is not fit for purpose, at best a jogging watch and nothing more.

My honest review of this so far is not good. If it worked, 9/10. For now it gets a 2/10.

Have you tried turning quick view off.

Unfortunately there are all types of fit driven people and some like the sleep tracking and heart rate features of the device.

I agree a lock screen would help, add it to the suggestions area, I would definitely give it a vote.
