Long bike road map doesn’t load

Hi. I went on a 80 mile bike ride on Saturday but it won’t upload the map or other details to the Fitbit app. It just hangs. I have logged out, restarted my phone but it still won’t load. Anything I can do or is too much data? I have a Blaze watch.  Many thanks

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems getting your activity info to show correctly.

 

I'm not sure what could be causing this but I would think this is just a one time glitch. For that reason, you could try to give your tracker a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

After that, try going on a short bike ride again and see if it's all working as usual.
