Losing data and android sync issues.

Hi,

 

Had the blaze for 3 weeks, first off I have to use it on my ios device, the android software will hardly sync experia z1.

 

Anyway I have suspected the device ( and app ) was losing my data but yesterday confirmed it. Basiclly after sycning a 7 mile hike and over 21k in steps on the app ( and they were synched as i viewed it) the app showned just 704 steps for yesterday and nothing else. No matter how many times i re sync the data is gone. The app has all day sync turned off ( was of time as the battery drains to fast ). So i sync maually, and each time I do the app always seems to clear the data until in syncs.

 

Starting to feel this device needs to go back as didnt have this issue with the tomtom runner :-/.

Hello @stigger what do you see on Fitbit.com's dashboard? 

During a sync, your tracker a data gets sent to the Fitbit servers, the app then goes out to the server to get fresh data.

really ? dont think thats the case last sych was Last Sync: yesterday 9:42 am from the web dashboard and I have syched with the app loads of times and viewed the data in the app.

And I'll repeat the last sync was at yesterday 9:42 am I see the data in the app but nothing on the web dash as the last sync was 9:42
