Blaze GPS accuracy

I have seen some older posts on this subject and wonder if people are still having this problem. I have run 3 1/2 marathons with my Blaze. For all 3 of them, my Blaze shows that I ran about 13.8 miles. I ran one this past weekend and I wore my old Garmin along with my Blaze. I just forgot to stop the Blaze when I finished but I was stopped in the chute. You can see the difference. Frustrating because I want to use the Blaze for my training runs to accurately track my mileage. Is there any way to fix this? IMG_2577.JPG

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @KimBJustiss! It's nice to have you around! 🙂

For what it seems in the picture you're attaching, it looks like the GPS connection was lost. Were you able to receive the notification on your phone that it was able to get GPS signal? The way you know that the GPS was working all the time is when the activity is done and you sync your tracker, you'll find all the data and a GPS map of your route in your exercise history. Are you able to see the GPS map on your exercise list?

Something to keep in mind is that tall buildings or places where there are many trees may interfere with the GPS signal so keep an eye on your tracker to make sure it's connected all the time.

After checking on that, let me know if you're still having problems with the accuracy.
