I've tried updating from both my mobile device & my PC. My Blaze will not update or sync from either. My time & date are completely wrong. I understand the sync issue is supposed to be resolved with the update but I can't get it to update either and this has become a frustrating, vicious cycle. It will start to sync or start to update, get halfway through & start over but never complete the update. My battery is completely full & I have tried all of the suggestions on the help pages. My Blaze has has not synced since December 13th & my date on the tracker is over 2 full days behind. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there @Fibit_Becca! Sometimes when you're updating your Fitbit Blaze using a mobile device it may take a while but it shouldn't stop the update. Since, your tracker hasn't synced you may want to try this syncing procedure before updating it.
Once your tracker is properly syncing, you can always try doing the firmware update using your computer. You mentioned you try with a mobile device and your PC, can you provide me with more details: Where are you getting an error message? Do you have good Internet signal?
Also, the reason why your Blaze doesn't have the correct date and time may be because it hasn't synced a while ago. Rest assure that once it starts syncing the time and date will update.
