I went on a very long run yesterday and when I looked at my blaze it said I had completed 33550 steps, and equivalent kms. I then synced it to the app and it then reduced my steps to 30800, agsin with equivalent kms. How can this be? Where did those 2500 steps go? It turned out to be the difference between a good steps Day and my best steps day ever!

I would like to know how are you logging your activities? Are you selecting them directly from the tracker, are you manually logging them or are you letting SmartTrack work? Keep in mind that when you manually log an activity like walk or run, your information will decrease, if you are doing this, I recommend deleting those activities that you logged manually.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
Best AnswerI am also having the same problem. It happens when i go to the gym. I’m curious if it’s an incompatibility with the life fitness treadmill. I contacted customer support and was told to reset my blaze and set up as a new device. So I did that and had the same problem at the gym again today.
Best AnswerI am letting SmartTrack log my activities. I only ever log manual activities if, for example I have had to remove my Blaze because of a water based activity as it is not waterproof. I don’t let any other apps log activities either.
Today, following a run, I got a notification that I was 12,067 overachiever. My step goal is 12,500, so that gives a total of 24,567 steps. An hour and about 1000 steps later I had done 23,825 steps - is the Blaze counting backwards!?!
