I lost my blaze watch face several months ago. In the last few weeks, I've been getting progress reports with step activity. I'm sure someone found it and is using it.
Pretty sure it wasn't stolen because I think it came out of my pocket accidentally. I can't wear a watch at work for food safety reasons. Think it fell out when grabbing keys from pocket.
Anyway, is there some way to track it down and get it returned? Not sure if GPS is turned on.

I'm afraid there is no way to track a lost fitbit - even those fitbits that have GPS built-in (the Blaze doesn't) don't transmit the GPS data, they only receive it.
If someone sets up an account with a lost / stolen fitbit then they will have to specify a different email and you will stop getting messages.
If you are getting messages that suggest steps are still being tracked then it must be syncing to your account. This means that either it is coming within range of a computer with the fitbit connect software and wireless dongle installed, or it is syncing to your phone. I assume it's the first one as if it were lost nearby then I don't know how it would be charged. Note that even if it is being used and is syncing then they will not have any access to your data.
