Title says it all really.
The Blaze has a low battery alert on it right now, but when I sync it, the app says it has high battery.
Which is correct (ie. is the battery actually low or not) & how do I reconcile the discrepancy?

I restarted it like 4 times and I had only charged it up the night before. It didn't correct it. It only seemed to re-sync after I recharged it.

Hi there @daniellegrace. Good to see you around!
To add to what @Ozzie65 suggested, I would also recommend logging out of your app and logging back in just to make sure it will take the information correctly or if you'd prefer, try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this just go to the Account secion, here tap on "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions. This should for sure fix any connectivity issue and the correct battery indicator should match on both, the tracker and the app.
Let us know how it goes!
