I pre-ordered my Blaze so I've been using it since it arrived, probably around 6 to 8 weeks or so now. Overall I've been very happy, but I've just noticed none of the buttons seem to be doing anything now. It definitely was working and I can't say for certain when it stopped, but none of the buttons will activate the display, nor will the left button return me to the previous screen (e.g., the clock). The "sudden wrist movement" activation still works, and displays whatever the last display was set to. However if at any time I swipe and look at my daily stats, I'm stuck there and swiping to move to another screen doesn't work. I've tried removing the Blaze from the wrist band (numerous times), and I've tried restarting it. If I return it to the charging cradle, once the battery indicator has appeared, it then returns to the clock face. From there I can swipe to other screens, but once I've gone into the daily stats display, nothing seems to work to get me out of that screen. Syncing seems to still work just fine. Also, if I change the clock face using the iPhone app, it syncs over to the phone and then displays the new clock face. But again, once I go into today's stats, it behaves the same and I'm stuck on that screen. Any suggestions at this point?

@jmeg8237, did restarting the tracker actually work? At this point, it's probably worth getting in touch with Fitbit Support.

No, it did not work. I'm pretty much out of ideas too. Thanks for the response.

Yes, I verified it's in correctly. But the buttons don't work when it's out of the band anyway, so I was pretty certain that wasn't the issue.
I did call customer service and they're sending a replacement which should arrive later this week. I've dealt with their customer service before with my old Fitbit Ultra, and been very happy with their response.
Thanks for the comments.

I'm having same issue only currently it's just the back button that stopped working. I went to the idea exchange section and saw a suggestion of offering a swipe left in a menu that will take you back to the clock. I think that would help give a work around. Sounds like a lot of people have this problem within about 4-8 weeks of using the blaze. until they can figure out a way to have a longer sustained harware, this would allow the software to bypass the buttons.
