MY blaze is not counting my steps

Granted I have an old blaze...it just hurts a bit to have to chuck it out as I love it. 

 

Was trying to do a software update and unsure how to do this - can someone help me? thank you!

Welcome to the forums

 

If there is an Update for it it should come down on your phone an tell you

 

You can check the latest version here

 

Then look on your Dashboard under the device name it it will tell you the version you are on

 

Also try a restart 3 times

 

If it doesn't help then I'm sorry its time to let it RIP
