My FitBit blaze has been restarting itself, which drains it's battery since Saturday (July 20) afternoon. It also is counting steps that I am not doing, as well as taking heart rates that are inaccurate. It also keeps popping up with a notification that says there is a clock error which needs to be reset. But it goes away by itself.
I have tried turning it off and back on. As well as manually restarting the device. I'm not sure what else to do at this point. Can anyone help me?

Hi @KRomano , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for the nice description of the situation and what you have performed. It seems that one of the buttons of the Blaze is stuck. Please take the Blaze out of the frame, and verify if you can see any damage or dirt around the buttons.
If you see that the tracker stops restarting itself while being outside of the frame, please verify the frame too.
Should you find any dirt around any of the buttons, on the tracker or the frame, you can use a cotton swab to clean it.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @JuanFitbit I took my blaze out of the band. There is no dirt or damage around any of the buttons. It is still restarting itself and counting steps I am not taking.
I reached out to Fitbit support via Twitter on Monday and they have created a case # for me. I have not heard anything back yet. But thank you for your help!
