My Blaze is not recieving texts of any sort. I've read all the other things to do and nothing. I have a Samsung S9+. I tried the Fit notifications app but then it kept getting double or triple vibrations for 1 message. So annoyed so I deleted it. I just want my text notifications s on the "compatible device" but that seems to much to ask. If someone has a fix that doesn't involve 'fit notifications app's please let me know. If not I might have to say goodbye to fitbit as this isn't the first time I've had issues.

Hello @Smom04, it's good to see you around in the forums for the first time, welcome. Sorry for the late reply.
Thank you for all the information about your Blaze that is not receiving the notifications and confirming that you have a Samsung S9+, I have verified this phone is listed here as a compatible device with the Fitbit app.
I noticed you mentioned that you've tried a few steps or that you've read some information to try to resolve this. Before considering other options, let me know which are the steps that you've tried so far and make sure to check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.
Please keep me posted.

@Smom04 If you are getting notifications from other apps on your phone, phone call notifications, etc but not getting text messages, then the issue is that you updated to version 3.0 or 3.1 of the app. I don't think I have seen anything from Fitbit that truly acknowledging there is an issue but there are a lot of people who have posted here (me included) that have found a way to revert back to version 2.9 or 2.95 of the Fitbit app on your phone and everything started working perfectly fine again. I did this about 3 days ago and haven't had any issues since.
I won't go into full details here about how to do it because the boards won't let us even mention the website where to get the old version but you can scan down the posts and see where I and others have talked about how to go back.
