Maps won’t work

I’m needing assistance in bringing my maps up after I track my walks. My watch is connected to my phone with Bluetooth working/syncing but when I go into view my walking track there is nothing there. It just says all the stats but no map

Hi @Stephanie1806, you can try logging off and logging back in to your Fitbit dashboard and check if it will work. Also, please refer to Why isn't GPS working?

What method are you using to track your walks? There are a few different ones now so it's worth defining which one we're talking about before we go too much further.
