1. Heart rate plus a notification on pain scale number 1 thru 10...or note what you were doing while heart changed...
2. Alarm with labels
3. Enter medical info. Allergic reaction you may have ..because of the law this would be specific not recording...
4. More clock design that has a face for pain scale with heart rate...

Please remover @Mamlasting to read the instructions on the header before posting a request. Do a search to make sure your thoughts haven't already been sugested. Your second point is a duplicate, also only one request per post, otherwise the individual requests can't be voted on. 

I'm wondering how the fitbit will know what kind of pain your in?
