Message notifications on Blaze

Hello everyone! 

With my Blaze Fitbit the notification to let me know I'm recieving a call or a text message is extremely loud. Is there a way to silence the vibration? It's difficult to wear my Fitbit to class because someone will text and it's way too loud for a quiet classroom haha 🙂

Not a setting to adjust that - you should consider yourself lucky as most people say they can't feel or hear it!

Could something be wrong with mine? I mean it's extremely loud there is no way that someone could not hear mine haha 🙂

Hmmm... Right now there is no way to change the settings on the vibrations @jleighb94. I would recommend wearing it a little bit tighter, that way the vibrations will distribute to your arm instead of just the tracker itself vibrating very loud and see if this makes any difference.

I wear mine pretty tight! I don't know what else could fix this problem

Very strange @jleighb94... I don't really think  there's much that can be done on your end about this but if you feel it's a major inconvenient for you, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team for them to take a look and see if there is something that can be done about it. 🙂
