Recieved my Blaze lastnight so today was my first walk with it on my treadmill and theres a big discrepency between the miles my treadmill said i walked and what my Blaze said. Treadmill 3.5 miles, Blaze 0.59 so i'm wondering if someone has had the same issue & could tell why?

Hey there @Bryant1969! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. I would like you to double check that your stride length and personal information is properly entered in your Fitbit account.
Also, the results that you're going to have in each device won't be the same, because they will track them using a different algorithm. You can learn more about it by checking How accurate are Fitbit devices?.

@Bryant1969, The first question I would ask you is how was the step count? While on the treadmill distance can not be measured but as @SilviaFitbit says used the stride.
If your step count is off from holding onto the support rails the cd e correct.
Best AnswerYes it will @Bryant1969? Distance is steps times stride.. If steps are low then so will be distance.. As for calories Fitbit looks at the heart rste.
